Understand customer needs and expectations thoroughly, preparing accurate repair and overhaul quotes that align with those requirements.
Identify new overhaul opportunities by strengthening relationships with current customers and consistently prospecting new ones.
Use the CRM system effectively to create and document call plans in alignment with the company’s expectations for in-person customer engagement.
Build strong business partnerships by assisting customers in planning downtime, monitoring fleet performance, and scheduling repair/overhaul work.
Stay informed about business conditions within your assigned territory and maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and competitive offerings.
Develop professional, consultative relationships with both new and existing customers to help maximize equipment uptime.
Take full ownership of accounts related to component overhauls, parts sales, and service opportunities.
Learn and apply industry-leading safety practices on job sites and at customer locations.

Previous sales experience
Strong technical aptitude, particularly with engines, transmissions, and other mechanical components
Experience in oil and gas service, procurement or operations.
