The Leasing Consultant position in South San Diego involves interviewing prospective residents, guiding tours, qualifying applicants, completing lease agreements, and promoting positive resident relations.
Qualified candidates must demonstrate sales and customer service experience. A high school diploma or GED is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must be effective listeners and communicators, able to present information, work well on a team, and be available to work weekends.
The role pays $22–$25 per hour and includes a competitive compensation package with 401(k) match, rental incentives, renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts.
