- Ensure efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of tasks according to customer requirements.
- Drive trip preparation, execution, and follow up.

- Needs assessment: Conduct thorough analyses of individual and team skill gaps to identify specific training needs across departments.
- Liaise with various branches of the military and Trimble sales team to schedule installations and training events
- Curriculum design: Develop comprehensive technical training programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and hands-on exercises, often in collaboration with Product Liaisons.
- Budget management: Develop and manage the training budget, including resource allocation and vendor management.
