Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on base building and critical HVAC systems with minimal operational disruption
Update work orders in real-time using CMMS systems such as SAP Facility and capture all R&M data accurately
Analyze system operations, diagnose malfunctions, and recommend corrective actions to management
Respond to customer service calls for temperature control issues and provide timely troubleshooting solutions
Maintain comprehensive system documentation and ensure proper tool and supply management
Maintain and repair air handling units, exhaust fans, fume hoods, fan coil units, reheat coils, and other mechanical equipment
Monitor and adjust refrigeration, heat exchangers, HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, valves, and related equipment

Requirements

3-5 years of commercial HVAC maintenance and repair experience
Understanding of safety procedures for hazardous material storage, usage, and disposal
Additional certifications in boiler operation, electrical systems, or building automation
High school diploma or equivalent with HVAC technical training or certification
Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
EPA certification for refrigerant handling
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Experience with SAP Facility or similar computerized maintenance management systems
Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory compliance requirements
Knowledge of building automation systems and CMMS software operation
