OSINT and Virtual Training Lead

Description

• Deliver OSINT training through LMS, virtual platforms, synthetic environments, and Mobile Training Teams.
• Support and expand LMS delivery across multiple locations; log and monitor training activities per mandated TTPs.
• Build and maintain partnerships with Intelligence Community, academia, commercial vendors, and foreign missions to facilitate joint training and knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical expertise to government, including research, analysis, policy and doctrine development, and strategic guidance for OSINT.
• Conduct data analysis, lead focus groups, produce drafts and presentations, and coordinate project team efforts.
• Advance intelligence sharing and coordination projects through timely agency collaboration.
• Manage budgets and financial resources for OSINT training programs and LMS implementation, ensuring compliance with policies.

Requirements

Parsons is seeking a talented OSINT and Virtual Training Lead to manage and deliver open‑source intelligence training through a learning management system, virtual delivery, synthetic environments, and Mobile Training Teams. The role involves supporting the LMS, expanding training to multiple locations, and ensuring training activities are logged and verified against mandated tactics, techniques, and procedures. Collaboration with intelligence community partners, academic institutions, commercial vendors, and foreign missions is essential to enhance OSINT capabilities across the enterprise.

• Hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and possess 15+ years (or equivalent) experience in intelligence support, operational planning, and threat assessment.
• Demonstrate ability to monitor political, military, and economic developments and assess future capabilities and doctrine.
