The BIM Modeler II will join the production team to deliver accurate, efficient Revit models and related deliverables with minimal supervision. This role supports both project delivery and the development of company standards, collaborating closely with the Lead Modeler and other stakeholders.
Candidates must be self‑managed, proficient in Revit—including views, families, schedules, and work‑sharing environments—and able to interpret 2D electrical plans. Strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and familiarity with industry software such as BlueBeam, NavisWorks, and Autodesk Cloud products are essential.
The position requires at least a high school diploma (an associate degree in computerized drafting is preferred) and a minimum of two years’ experience with electrical symbols and drafting conventions. Work is primarily performed indoors under typical office conditions, with occasional lifting of up to 30 lb and exposure to typical job‑site noise levels.
Rosendin offers meaningful career growth for recent graduates and seasoned professionals alike, providing a true sense of ownership while working on high‑profile projects across the nation. As one of the largest employee‑owned electrical contractors in the United States, the company combines competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan that lets employees share in its success.
Rosendin provides a robust benefits package that includes ESOP membership, 401(k), performance‑based bonuses, 17 PTO days plus 10 paid holidays, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, and a charitable giving match. The company is an equal‑opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
