Country Club Barista

Description

The Barista role is responsible for delivering exceptional coffee and beverage service to members and guests within a polished country‑club setting. The position emphasizes high‑quality preparation, friendly, personalized service, and maintaining a clean, organized café or bar area while adhering to the club’s service standards.

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, teas, and specialty drinks per recipes and quality standards.
• Greet members and guests warmly, delivering personalized service.
• Operate coffee equipment and POS systems, handling cash or member charges accurately.
• Keep the barista station, equipment, and seating areas clean and organized.
• Restock supplies and support inventory management as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Assist with light food preparation and service items when assigned.
• Support special events, tournaments, and peak service periods.
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold club service expectations.
• Provide customer‑service‑driven interactions.

Requirements

• Hold a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Possess at least one year of food‑service experience.
• Hold a Riverside County Food Handler’s Card.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be available for regular business hours and occasional after‑hours shifts.
