Description

• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely, quality deliveries.
• Create and process purchase orders accurately and obtain required approvals.
• Review supplier order details to anticipate purchasing needs and avoid stock shortages or excess.
• Assist in negotiating supplier prices for cost‑effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate procurement records in the company system.

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree in business is a plus.
• Have at least one year of purchasing or related administrative experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and basic procurement software.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, time‑management, and detail‑orientation skills.
• Capable of performing routine purchasing tasks reliably.

The compensation range for this role is $61,400‑$71,100 USD per year and includes eligibility for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
