Maintain strong relationships within the A&D, construction, and fabricator communities.
Build and grow sales across the company's product portfolio in the Northern & Central California region.
Facilitate product knowledge training and support team readiness for market expansion.
Set individual sales goals and provide continuous coaching, feedback, and skill development.
Track and analyze sales activity, reporting results and performance trends as required.
Identify opportunities for new business, lead generation programs, and customer engagement.
Develop and execute business plans that align with regional growth targets.
Oversee, mentor, and support the regional sales team on day-to-day activities.
Conduct annual 1:1 performance reviews and support ongoing professional development.
Meet planned sales goals and drive consistent performance across the territory.
Recommend product or service enhancements to strengthen customer satisfaction and improve sales potential.
Promote all product lines and partner brands in the architectural and design community.
Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs; coach the team on CRM best practices.

College degree preferred.
1-3+ years of sales leadership or outside sales experience, ideally within the A&D, architectural products, or construction industries.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to sell to customer needs.
Understand customer needs and align product solutions effectively.
Problem-Solving: Effective at identifying issues, developing solutions, and supporting collaborative problem-solving.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Market knowledge within architectural products or building materials.
Planning & Organization: Able to set priorities, manage resources, and execute on sales plans.
Business Acumen: Understands profitability, competitive landscape, and strategic selling.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Communication: Clear, persuasive, confident in presentations; strong written communication skills.
Excellent relationship-building and coaching capabilities.
