The Construction Superintendent coordinates all site construction activities and supervises all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest level of quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities. Maintains the job site office and helps to close out project

- Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process
- Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees
- Maintains an organized job site, including the construction off
- Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications

We are currently seeking a Project Superintendent who will be able to lead our field work on our ground-up, senior living facility project in Mason, OH. Applicants must be able to work in this location.
- 10+ years of on-site lead Superintendent experience in the Construction Industry
- Healthcare experience preferred (Senior Living/Skilled Nursing/Assisted Living/Independent Living)
- Ability to work with diverse project management teams
- Strong conflict management skills and a high level of assertiveness
- Multi-Family experience preferred
- Ground-up construction experience required
- Wood-Framed construction experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
