Kimley-Horn's Austin East, Texas office is hiring a Civil Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with at least two years of experience to join its Land Development team. This role is on-site and not remote.
Candidates must have two or more years at a civil engineering design firm, a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET‑accredited program, and an EIT or Engineering Intern certification (or be able to obtain it within 12 months). Required skills include working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, strong verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities, urgency, self‑initiative, detail‑orientation, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
