In this role, you’ll be instrumental in managing all property-related matters across the lifecycle of projects — from site identification and acquisition through to delivery. You’ll work closely with landowners, network operators, legal advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and successful project outcomes.

  • Manage rent reviews and ongoing landlord relationships.
  • Oversee property due diligence, ensuring obligations and risks are fully understood.
  • Collaborate with legal, engineering, and development teams to align property agreements with technical and commercial needs.
  • Build strong relationships with landowners, communities, and network operators.
  • Secure land rights, easements, and access agreements with DNOs, TOs, and other stakeholders.
  • Support project teams in acquiring and developing sites for battery, solar, gas, and grid stability projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of agreements, land rights, and obligations in line with regulatory and contractual requirements.

  • Knowledge of UK planning, property law, and utility regulations (advantageous)
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience engaging with DNOs, TOs, and statutory undertakers.
  • Strong knowledge of land rights, easements, leases, and access agreements.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven background in property management or land acquisition within energy, utilities, or infrastructure.
  • Degree in Property, Real Estate, Land Management, or related field (preferred).
