- Maintain vehicle maintenance and inventory.
- Analyzes customers situations, determines corrective action to be taken and verify the action has fixed the situation in a cost efficient and effective manner.
- Keep team member informed as needed of customer interactions and actions taken to resolve service issues.
- Provide Signature Service to homeowners and peers.
- Provide accurate part descriptions, including part number to Service RSR.
- Service and repair previously installed RbA products.

- High school degree and valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Diagnostic skills: assessment, problem solving and decision making.
- 2 or more years of window installation experience preferred.
- Basic construction techniques; good knowledge of basic construction and building materials; knowledge of terminology of the construction industry.
- Basic knowledge of RbA window and door installation techniques and ability to correct installation errors.
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills; strong listening and empathy skills; organization skills for managing work schedules, job priorities and stock levels.
- Demonstrated ability to confidently handle confrontation/conflicts using a tactful and diplomatic approach.
- Demonstrated analytical problem solving and decision-making skills; follow systematic approach in situational analysis and definition; arrive at acceptable solutions.
