As Project Director, you will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a flagship project from pre-construction through to completion. You’ll be expected to drive quality, programme, commercial performance, and client satisfaction.
- Driving high standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance
- Overseeing cost control, subcontractor performance, and programme milestones
- Managing project teams including Project Managers, Site Managers, Commercial, and Design leads
- Ensuring client expectations are exceeded and repeat business is secured
- Acting as primary point of contact for the client and professional team
- Leading all aspects of project delivery for a commercial fit-out (circa £10m+)

This is a senior leadership role, ideal for a confident, commercially astute professional with a strong track record in high-value CAT A and CAT B fit-outs.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and contractual obligations
- Proven leadership of £10m+ commercial projects (ideally in a live environment)
- Strong understanding of design & build contracts
- Minimum 10 years' experience in fit-out/refurbishment projects
- Excellent client-facing skills and stakeholder management
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS Black/White card, degree or HNC in Construction Management or related field)
