We require at least one year of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a welding certification with a strong mechanical background. Familiarity with hand tools and welding equipment is needed. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work overtime or shifts are expected. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.
The role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout the workday, and frequently lift items over 50 lb. Required PPE must be worn and fit‑for‑work assessments (audiogram, lift test, physical exam) must be completed successfully. The work environment is loud and fast‑paced.
