We are seeking an experienced SCADA Engineer with a strong background in warehouse and building automation monitoring system design. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and support of SCADA systems used for monitoring and controlling facility operations, including HVAC, lighting, energy, fire safety, and warehouse automation systems such as conveyors, robotics, and material handling equipment.
In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
- 3–7 years of experience in SCADA system design, development, and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and control schematics.
- Data Center SCADA Experience a plus
- Experience with HMI/GUI development tools and scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or proprietary languages).
- Experience with cloud-based SCADA/IoT platforms and edge computing.
- Familiarity with building automation systems (HVAC, lighting, energy management, fire alarms, access control).
- Proficient in communication protocols like BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA/DA, MQTT.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in high-throughput warehouses, fulfillment centers, or automated logistics environments.
- Proven experience with warehouse automation technologies (e.g., WCS/WMS integration, conveyor systems, robotics).

- Familiarity with database systems (SQL, historian systems) and data analytics tools.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISA, NFPA, IEC, ASHRAE).
- Hands-on experience with SCADA platforms such as Ignition, Wonderware, GE iFIX, Siemens WinCC, or Schneider EcoStruxure.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, VLANs, firewalls).
- Quality Work- able to take ownership, work independently, prioritize workload, and deliver quality results on time while working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Above and Beyond- versatile, flexible, able to anticipate the needs of the company, take the initiative, and willing to go out of your way to assist others
- Professional certifications in SCADA, automation, or cybersecurity are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related field.
