Key duties include maintaining commercial control and accurate reporting, managing material requisitions, purchase orders and invoicing, and entering cost data to enable timely billing of work orders. The officer will liaise with service users and internal colleagues to ensure clear communication and timely information sharing, as well as support the Commercial Quantity Surveyors with pricing. Participation in meetings, training sessions and adherence to health‑and‑safety standards are also expected.
