The Regional Manager reports to the Regional Vice President and is accountable to the Owner or Asset Manager as well as relevant government agencies for managing each property in the assigned portfolio. This full‑time role, based in Panama City, FL, supports company and owner expectations for profitability and performance across multiple communities.
The manager leads and motivates team members, enforces policies, and ensures properties meet operational, financial, and aesthetic standards. They maintain public relations, represent the company at community and industry events, and communicate regularly with clients, owners, and asset managers.
Candidates must possess strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making abilities, with a solid understanding of multifamily operations, budgeting, and personnel management. A high school diploma is required; a college degree, five years of property‑management experience, and industry certifications are preferred.
The position requires regular travel to portfolio sites, quarterly site visits, and the ability to work on a computer for at least seven hours daily while handling interruptions in a fast‑changing environment. Physical access to all areas of the properties, including multilevel structures, is necessary.
