Professional engineer registration in TX
Expert level knowledge of civil engineering practices, principles and keep up with the ever-changing industry trends
Experience working with state, regional and/or local public agencies - municipalities, water districts, river authorities, counties and/or state agencies
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university
Prefer at least 10 years of experience specializing in either water resources and/or water/wastewater treatment
Experience working with State and Federal Funding agencies
