- Perform construction phase site visits.
- Works with the commissioning (Cx) team to develop pre-functional checklist (PFC).
- Works with the Cx team to completion and review data of the pre-functional checklist for accuracy.
- Field reporting from site visits.
- Works with the Cx team to perform functional testing with Commissioning Agent and contractors.
- Works with the Cx team for tracking of open issues from field reporting.
- Works with the Cx team to perform seasonal testing if required.

- General knowledge of the commissioning processes and procedures for MEP.
- Understanding of different types of HVAC equipment and functionality
- Ability to review drawings and verify systems are installed per design requirements
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to problem solve buy finding resources to obtain information required to complete task.
- Travel requirements: This position follows a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation. Team members travel to the project site for 10 consecutive days, then have 4 days off at home. All travel expenses to and from the job site will be covered by Haskell. Candidates may live anywhere within the U.S.
- Excellent organizational, communications and analytical skills.
- Associate degree plus 0-3 years of experience in commissioning preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
