Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with Channel Partners (CPs) and Channel Managers to ensure task closure and relationship continuity.
Channel Partner Communication: Provide regular updates to channel partners regarding project launches, promotions, and ongoing developments.
Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to introduce Sobha Realty, showcase ongoing and upcoming projects, and identify potential channel partners.
Database Management: Maintain and update broker/channel partner information and call records accurately in the CRM system.
Objection Handling & Query Resolution: Address basic objections and resolve queries from existing channel partners effectively.
Ability to handle rejection positively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Graduate with 1–5 years of experience in tele calling, channel sales, or customer engagement
