Develop and maintain strong working relationships with regional stakeholders, including hiring managers, external vendors/agencies to build partnerships that yield consistent results, and credibility.
Partner with HR Business Partners to align hiring strategies in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
Assist in developing talent acquisition strategies, employer branding and employee experience to strengthen talent pipelines.
Support employer branding efforts through EDM creation and videography to produce engaging visual and digital content for talent attraction campaigns.
Assist in generating reports on key hiring metrics, and conduct research to support strategic talent acquisition efforts. Provide regular updates to key stakeholder groups to drive decisions and shape recruiting activities.
Lead recruitment and selection processes, leveraging diverse sourcing tools, platforms, and strategies to identify and engage talents.

Own and drive the search strategy with the ability to set the goal and prioritize based on market insights.
Experienced in using innovation recruitment tools like AI or utilizing talent assessment tools and systems.
Creative and resourceful with strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
Experience in-house regional recruitment and/or Real Estate industry preferred.
At least 1 to 3 years of proven in-house talent acquisition experience.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration (BA).
