We currently have an opportunity for a full‑time Security Guard. Reporting to the Security Supervisor, our front‑of‑house security staff are the face of Downer and play a pivotal role in delivering the service commitment we have made to our clients. The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, achieve the highest level of safety and quality of work, and have a genuine passion for excellent customer service.

- Australian citizenship is required.
- Hold a current Defence Security Clearance or be able to obtain one.
- Possess an NSW or ACT Security Licence (or obtain before start).
- Hold a Certificate II in Security Operations (or obtain before start).
- Prior experience in the security industry is preferred.
- Hold a current NSW or ACT driver’s licence.
- Ability to work a rotating roster.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to high‑quality outcomes.
