The CRM & Segmentation Analyst will drive a data‑informed approach to market segmentation, new‑customer targeting, expansion opportunities, and campaign measurement. The role supports C&W Services’ growth into new markets while focusing on delivering move value for existing clients. It is part of a growing team tasked with transforming how the company identifies, targets, wins, and expands business.
The analyst collaborates across Business Development, Operations, Marketing, Solutions, and Technology teams to align target markets, conduct win/loss analysis, and uncover revenue and margin expansion opportunities. They also support audience definition and list operations for outbound campaigns, and analyze campaign results to improve targeting and engagement. Partnering with technology, they contribute to predictive analytics, segmentation, and modeling while providing strategic insights for CRM tactics.
Candidates need at least three years of experience in segmentation, business, or CRM analytics, and familiarity with Salesforce, Python, and SQL; HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus. The ideal candidate is an analytical, strategic thinker who can proactively identify growth opportunities, champion ideas quickly, and work cross‑functionally with trust and collaboration. The position offers a salary range of $85,000 to $100,000, competitive pay based on location, experience, and other factors, and includes comprehensive benefits such as health, vision, dental, flexible spending, health savings, retirement plans, and various insurance options.
