Tasks

-Collaborate closely with partners, operations, and cross-disciplinary teams to drive project success. -Maintain and build strong client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and new opportunities. -Lead and oversee the electrical design and production process for diverse building projects (commercial, institutional, residential, and light industrial). -Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to junior and intermediate staff. -Contribute to business development and support the strategic growth of the team. -Ensure high-quality project delivery by managing schedules, budgets, and production standards. -Collaborate closely with firm partners and leadership, having a direct impact on operations and project outcomes.

What You Bring

-P.Eng designation (preferred), or eligibility to obtain. -10+ years of experience in electrical design engineering within the building consulting industry. -Strong technical expertise in building electrical systems, including lighting, fire alarm, and power distribution. -Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and liaise effectively with clients, architects, and contractors. -Proven leadership experience in production oversight and team management.
