Have a strong knowledge of site grading, stormwater management, sanitary sewer design, water supply systems and roadway design for residential, commercial and industrial sites.
Be a licensed professional engineer (P.E.) or demonstrate the ability to secure licensure shortly after starting employment.

Have strong analytical and organizational skills.
