What you would be doing
mission critical facilities

site surveys
renderings review
Investigate and implement specialized requirements for mission-critical facilities (e.g., operations centers)
Assist in all design stages: concept development, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation
Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and site plans using Revit
Ensure consistency by managing updates to internal Revit templates and standard detail libraries
Source and evaluate building systems, finishes, and construction materials for commercial applications
Conduct detailed site surveys and integrate field data into accurate as-built drawings
Review and contribute to color renderings and visual presentation materials
Attend project meetings and client sessions as needed to support coordination and communication
Prepare material and finish boards for internal and client presentations
Maintain up-to-date project files and drawing archives throughout all project phases
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and vendors to ensure technical accuracy across disciplines
Support construction administration tasks, including responding to RFIs, reviewing product submittals, and managing close-out documentation
Produce high-quality technical drawings and documentation for commercial projects

Proven experience in full project lifecycle support within at least some commercial projects or mixed-use development
Strong understanding of North American building codes, regulations, and industry standards
3–7 years of relevant experience with experience with some experience working on commercial projects
Able to make some trips throughout the year across North America for training
Advanced proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of commercial building construction, detailing, and material assemblies
Completion of a 2-year Architectural Technology diploma (or equivalent) from a North American institution
Ability to travel to client and project sites as needed
Position is also open to Intern Architects looking to continue developing their career
