Architect - Assistant Manager

Description

The role involves delivering elements of the annual business plan on time and within budget, developing relationships with internal stakeholders, presenting design review data and key performance indicators to leadership, supporting operational delivery of team and regional strategy, assisting business development and work‑winning activities, ensuring compliance with the management system, managing a small team of direct reports, contributing to management reviews with data analysis, and collaborating on net‑zero carbon initiatives.

• Deliver elements of the annual business plan within schedule and budget.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Present design review data and KPIs to project and sub‑function leadership.
• Support operational delivery of team and regional strategy.
• Assist business development and work‑winning activities.
• Ensure adherence to the management system and completeness of project roles.
• Manage a small team, coordinating work activities and providing coaching.
• Compile, analyze, and present data for management reviews.
• Collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition by identifying and managing emissions reductions.
