Control Building - Architectural Plan, Section, Elevation & Details
Develop grading layout drawings
Cooperating with other engineering disciplines, customers and subcontractors locally or overseas
Ensures effective communications among other engineering disciplines and project management teams.
Participates in progress review meetings and be aware of project status, progress, delays, change notices, performance measurement, lessons learned and close-out.
Assumes responsibility for cost, schedule, material quantity and budget control
Coordinate within members of civil structural discipline, other engineering disciplines within the organization or project team
Should take full responsibility of proper and timely execution of project deliverable ensuring full compliance with quality management system and any project specific contractual requirements.
Takes personal responsibility for safety and a healthy environment on the projects

Civil & Structural Standard Drawings (General Notes, Handrail, Ladder, Manhole, Stairways etc.,)
Able to organize inputs and supervise for preparation of civil, structural and architectural drawings
AutoCAD and Micro station
Diploma in Engineering Technology from a Technical Institute.
Ability to review and understand Client's technical documentation and requirements
Willingness to overcome challenges and pressure during peak of project.
Must have good knowledge and understanding of civil, structural and architectural drawings
Excellent experience in design modules of SmartPlant and Aveva suite of application - SMARTPLANT 3D/PDMS.
Experience in Oil & Gas Offshore projects. Additional Onshore projects experience is preferable.
Proficiency in the use of the following software is a must
Must have good knowledge and extensive experience with ADNOC / Shell DEP standards and drafting procedures
Good experience in site verification, As-Building activities (I.e. Walkthrough, Interpreting data from 3D laser Scanning etc.) and use of Smartplant review, Navisworks and Microstation.
Good general knowledge of the Standard and Codes applicable to drawings prepared for the Oil industry.
Should be able to add value plus/ optimization ideas
Willing to do extensive site-surveys during project execution.
In-depth knowledge of the operation of a modern SP3D based multi-discipline drawing office.
Good verbal as well written communication skills, leadership and coordination, analytic and pro-active approach competence in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Chemical Industries.
Must be able to prepare and develop 2D drawings using licensed software such as but not limited to:
Must be able to review and check civil structural design deliverables
Understand the interface within multi-discipline project
Must be able to prepare and develop 3D models using licensed software.
