Employee Role Management: Execute the process to identify, track, and update employees assigned to Incident Command System (ICS) roles.
After Action Reviews: Lead the strategy for After Action Reviews and the corrective action process through completion, applying learnings to the emergency and incident command structure, and sharing changes with the organization as per API RP173 requirements.
Record Retention: Ensure record retention of all incident-related documentation.
Plan Tracking and Updates: Track changes and improvements made to the emergency plans.
