Manage and maintain BambooHR and its integration with other company systems.
Support offboarding to ensure a smooth and professional exit experience.
Serve as the first point of contact for designated client groups.
Administer employee benefits programs for Canada and the U.S., including building strong relationships with benefits brokers.
Support payroll by providing timely and accurate employee change reports.
Communicate with employees on benefit plan design, eligibility, and enrollment.
Reconcile all Canadian and U.S. benefits billings and coordinate payments with Finance.
Contribute to departmental goals, objectives, systems, and continuous process improvements.
Work closely with managers and employees to identify, counsel, and resolve employee relations issues in a fair, timely, and mutually beneficial manner.
Monitor and report on key industry trends and competitive HR offerings.
Participate in and comply with various audit processes.
Support full-cycle recruitment and job postings using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards.
Prepare employment agreements and coordinate comprehensive onboarding for new hires.
Assist with HR policy development to ensure compliance with current legislation and Senstar standards.
Manage the Replicon time and attendance system and support accurate data for payroll and reporting.
Support the job evaluation process and maintain consistency across roles.
