The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for UK & Ireland Property Management acts as a trusted adviser to operational leaders, delivering strategic and hands‑on people support that drives engagement, capability and alignment with Greystar’s culture and growth objectives. The role develops data‑driven people strategies that attract, retain and develop talent while supporting the region’s expansion.

• Partner with operational leaders to design and execute people plans aligned with business targets, including organisational design and workforce planning.
• Use people analytics and operational data to drive performance, productivity, engagement and retention improvements.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to support recruitment, onboarding, development, performance reviews, compensation, benefits and bonus processes.
• Provide expert employee‑relations advice and coaching on performance, conduct, grievances, absence and disputes, ensuring fair and compliant case management.
• Lead organisational change, acquisitions, dispositions and TUPE activities, integrating new teams and embedding Greystar’s culture.
• Maintain up‑to‑date HR policies for the UK and Ireland, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal standards.
• Partner with colleagues across UK, Ireland, Europe, India and the US to share best practices and ensure aligned people support.

Requirements

Candidates should have significant generalist HR experience, be CIPD‑qualified (or possess equivalent expertise), and demonstrate strong analytical, numerical and communication skills. Proficiency with HR systems, Microsoft Office and data‑driven decision making is essential.

• Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills with credibility at all organisational levels.
