Strong work ethic with the ability to work individually and as a team
Regular, reliable attendance
Clear communication for remote support
Previous land/construction survey or engineering experience a plus
Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.
Work productively and meet deadlines timely
Able to train in person or remote in CAD and survey equipment (DCs/Machines)
Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Suite
Must be able to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry to perform calculations (area, volume, circumference, proportion, percentage)
3D models (surfaces, corridors, and structures)
Self-starter with the ability to set standards of excellence in leadership, safety, quality and productivity
Dynamic thinker with the desire to lead, motivate and mentor teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in CAD is required (at least one, all 3 is a plus)
Must have solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and interpret construction plans to generate
AutoCAD Civil 3D
3 years' experience in Construction Survey, Dimensional Control, Industrial Measurement, or a related field is required
