Deputy Manager_L&D

Description

The Deputy Manager - L&D will be responsible for the end-to-end employee development lifecycle within the Central Zone. You will ensure seamless on boarding, drive long-term learning journeys, and partner with business leaders to enhance the sales and technical capabilities of our internal teams and external channel partners.

• Design effective quizzes, questionnaires, and feedback mechanisms to measure training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with external learning consultants to execute corporate skill development initiatives locally.
• Monitor and drive the 3-month and 6-month learning journeys, ensuring employees meet milestones and competency benchmarks.
• Maintain and present training data using MS Excel to report on KPIs, attendance, and ROI of learning programs.
• Analyze LMS data to ensure 100% completion rates for mandatory functional training.
• Design and deliver ad-hoc training sessions focused on Sales Excellence, including:
• Consult with Sales and Functional Leaders to identify skill gaps.
• Execute a 30-day blended induction program for all new hires, incorporating:
• Coordinating factory visits to ensure product knowledge and brand immersion.
• Publish and manage the Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Yearly Training Calendars for the Central Zone.
• Organize Open Learning Events (Online & Offline) for the wider ecosystem, including dealer staff, service technicians, and in-shop promoters.
• Act as the bridge between the Head Office (HO) L&D team and local operations.

• Experience in designing and managing LMS platforms
• Education: Master’s degree (Preferred). Bachelor’s degree with the above skill sets may also apply.

• Strong presentation skills. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
• Instructional Delivery: Proven ability to engage diverse audiences, from corporate staff to field technicians.

• Pitching and Negotiation skills.
• Experience: 08-10 years of relevant experience in Training
• Technical: Advanced skills in MS Excel (data visualization) and experience managing an LMS.

• E-learning modules via the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Proficiency in creating instructional materials and conducting needs assessments.
• Experience in Designing, developing, and implementing tailored training programs – technical and behavioral.
• Adaptability, problem-solving, and change management skills.
• Organizational: Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to manage multiple training timelines and regional logistics simultaneously.
