The Sr IT Analyst, Data Governance drives enterprise‑wide data governance initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across Constellation’s data ecosystem while partnering with business units, IT, compliance, and data teams.

The role embeds a culture of data excellence by providing subject‑matter expertise in metadata cataloging, data validation, issue resolution, and continuous quality improvement.

Develop and maintain an enterprise data catalog, including business glossary, technical metadata, and end‑to‑end data lineage.
Lead implementation of data quality frameworks, governance strategies, and automated validation workflows in Microsoft Purview.
Configure and monitor key data quality indicators (completeness, accuracy, consistency, uniqueness, timeliness) and generate Power BI dashboards for KPI tracking.
Establish and manage a data issue management process to triage, resolve, and prevent recurring data problems.
Collaborate with business intelligence, data engineering, and data steward teams to integrate the catalog with reporting tools such as Power BI.
Provide training, mentorship, and outreach to promote data catalog adoption and data governance best practices across the organization.
Influence executive and operational stakeholders to champion data management standards and regulatory compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field plus 5‑8 years of data governance/management experience.
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise data quality frameworks and governance enforcement.
Hands‑on expertise with data governance platforms such as Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Informatica Data Quality, Alation, or Talend.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
