Lead, mentor, and develop workshop staff, building a strong safety and performance culture
Oversee procurement of materials, consumables, and equipment

Identify and implement improvements to processes, efficiency, and quality
Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements and champion safe work practices
Engage with clients on project requirements, progress updates, and quote approvals

Ability to manage client relationship, contract negotiations, and provide technical project oversight
