Conduct Routine Property Walkthroughs – Perform regular inspections of the property grounds to ensure all areas are clean, organized, and free of debris. Identify and address any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
Perform General Upkeep – Carry out any additional tasks necessary to maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property, including minor touch-ups, cleaning, and special projects as assigned.
Monitor and Maintain Landscaping – Keep landscaping areas neat and attractive by monitoring for overgrowth, removing weeds, and reporting any issues to management. While minimal grass or landscaping is present, ensure these areas remain well-kept.
Assist with Snow Removal – Support snow and ice removal efforts in high-traffic areas, entrances, and other priority locations, particularly if the contracted vendor is delayed or misses certain spots.
Maintain Cleanliness of Public Areas – Empty trash receptacles located along sidewalks, entrances, and within the parking ramp. Ensure waste is properly disposed of and receptacles are clean and presentable.
