The role, under general direction, manages a truck‑based service business, driving growth in labor and material revenue, gross margin, and service asset management. It also deploys and maintains standardized tools, systems, and support for the Service Team while ensuring operational excellence and service growth.
Key responsibilities include setting and monitoring team growth and profitability goals, leading the Service Team to ensure productivity, consistency, and quality, and managing warranty issue resolution. The manager also oversees customer relationships, monthly forecasting, overhead accounts, staffing levels, recruitment, performance planning, timesheet approval, safety compliance, bookings, and accounts payable/receivable, while identifying change‑order opportunities and building long‑term contractor and client relationships.
