  • Analyze customer needs and recommend tailored HVAC solutions that meet performance and budget requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the HVAC field

  • Deliver top-notch field and phone support for troubleshooting HVAC systems, including inverter-based ducted and non-ducted units
  • Conduct engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate customers on our HVAC solutions
  • Collaborate closely with the inside sales and technical support team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Efficiently track and manage sales opportunities using CRM systems, from lead generation to closing
  • Represent our company at trade shows and industry events to expand our market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and distribution partners in the Sydney area and surrounding regions

  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed to meet customer demands
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM or ticketing systems for tracking customer interactions
  • Proven ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting techniques, and sales principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with learning new software applications
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide optimal solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years of field experience in HVAC sales or technical support
  • Relevant certifications such as EPA 608, NATE, or equivalent are highly desirable
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record for traveling within the assigned territory
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach
