Museum House, located in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood, is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager. The community features 206 sustainably designed apartments across two towers, with amenities such as rotating art installations and a rooftop pool, and is part of one of North America’s largest decarbonization projects.
The position requires physical stamina to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, and work in all weather conditions. Flexible scheduling is expected, including evening, weekend, and holiday on‑call duties, and occasional travel to support other properties or attend training.
Compensation includes an hourly rate of $28.00‑$31.25 plus performance bonuses, housing discounts of up to 40 %, a cell‑phone allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
