- Analyze market trends to maximize profits and identify asset investment opportunities
- Coordinate with other Retail GMs to develop and recommend synergies between various assets
- Assist in any financial reporting by gathering data needed for in depth financial analysis (IRR, ROI, ROE) on assigned underperforming assets or attractive opportunities, on sale in the market to assess potential divestitures or acquisitions; provide input to Head of Asset Management and operations and head of retial asset management in making go/no go decisions on asset disposals based on results of feasibility study.
- Assist in the development and ensure integrity of overall Asset Management Strategy of assigned assets Manage the assigned retail assets P&L and B/S
- Assist in the implementation of retail management Strategy in the assigned retail assets
- Devlop matrix to support Asset Ops during asset operations, review and recommend adjustments in case of deviations
- Prepare reports to support management requirements such as P&L for each assigned assets and consolidation of the combined assets for onward submission to the Head of Assets Management and operations
- Receive constant updates from retail General Managers on asst performance

- Strong exposure to GCC real estate market
