OCC Coordinator

Description

• Plan and manage daily routes and schedules
• Support the wider OCC team to ensure smooth, safe delivery of services
• Allocate vehicles and staff efficiently
• Monitor real-time operations and vehicle locations
• Handle urgent, time-critical requests
• Record updates accurately using in-house systems
• Communicate with crews, internal teams, and partner organisations

Requirements

• Highly organised and adaptable
• Calm under pressure and able to prioritise
• Good UK/world geography knowledge (or keen to learn)
• Strong communicator with good teamwork skills
• Must be eligible for Home Office Security Clearance
• Attention to detail and proactive mindset
• Confident using IT systems (full training provided)
