What you would be doing

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional technical support to all employees, ensuring the prompt and efficient resolution of all IT-related matters. Your contributions will be instrumental in steering, developing and enhancing the client’s IT goals alongside the IT Manager.

  • Guide staff on software usage and resolve day-to-day technical challenges
  • Set up and maintain workstations and laptops
  • Troubleshooting Office 365 issues (outlook, Teams, exchange etc)
  • Collaborate with IT Manager on system reviews and software management
  • Manage and support MacOS device issues
  • Deliver 1st and 2nd Line technical support for desktops and maintenance
  • Monitor and maintain server and folder structures, data storage, and backups

  • Previous experience in an IT support role, ideally within a creative studio
  • Experience with VOIP, AI, Dropbox and NAS advantageous but not essential
  • Confident translating technical information for non-technical audiences
  • Skilled in diagnosing and fixing technical problems efficiently, both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience working with MacOS devices
  • Strong communication skills, with good people skills
