The Paralegal at Built will support the legal function by assisting with contract management, compliance, dispute resolution, and regulatory matters.
- Maintain accurate and organized legal files and databases.
- Support the legal team in managing claims, disputes, and litigation matters.
- Be responsible for legal updates, law policy implementation, contract review, management of teams documentation, and housekeeping.
- Implement document control processes for project-related legal documentation.
- Conduct legal research on construction law, regulatory compliance, and risk management issues.
- Assist in preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
