Description

• Generation of departmental reports for the Technical Services Manager
• Project co-ordination of system design requests
• Project management, consisting of staff capacity planning and prioritising deadlines.
• Providing an excellent level of customer service liaising directly with heating industry professionals, housing developers, and end-users

Requirements

• Be able to communicate confidently with people at all levels.
• Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Good computer literacy in industry-standard packages for office use.
• Have a high attention to detail.
• Have the capability to communicate well in a team and work using own initiative
