In the role, the assistant consolidates travel expenses and related reports in SAP Concur, manages confidential correspondence and calls, and maintains project trackers and administrative procedures. They organize diaries, meetings, and prepare agendas and documentation, support daily department operations, and produce minutes, transcriptions, and various office correspondence. They also prioritize files and documentation to ensure efficient workflow.
Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience as a personal assistant or administrator supporting senior staff, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Fluency in business English is required, with Arabic as a plus, and excellent interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills are essential.
