You'll work directly with the partners of the business, mentor a Junior Estimator, and play a key role in shaping the company's future. As the business continues to expand, you'll have the genuine opportunity to lead and grow your own estimating team.

Mentor and support Junior Estimators as they develop
Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and proposals
Manage subcontractor pricing, bid reviews, and value engineering
Partner with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams for a smooth project handover
Review drawings, specs, and scopes to ensure accuracy and completeness

5+ years of experience estimating commercial ground-up construction projects
Proven leadership qualities — confident guiding others, making decisions, and being the go-to person in the department
Procore experience strongly preferred
Forward-thinking mindset with a desire to help shape and grow the company's preconstruction function
Strong knowledge of preconstruction, cost management, and bid strategy
