Prepares, coordinates, and presents change management related presentations to Bechtel and client management, as required.
Updates and maintains change control metrics and logs
Coordinates change management and annual project forecast update activities.
Integrates the change management process with other key project processes (e.g., Risk Management, Forecasting, Cost, Trends, and Claims) and supports corporate, Global Business Unit, commercial group, and functional stakeholders in managing change related activities.
Develops, interprets, and executes policy, objectives, and standards applicable to change management activities.
Provides leadership and guidance for the analysis of specially assigned change related initiatives or work planning requiring detailed change assessment, forecasting and response planning efforts.
Participates in the development of and change management related training of assigned personnel and the implementation of on-the-job and classroom training programs.
Prepares trends, coordinates their resolution, and conducts change control review meetings.
Assists project personnel in the development of trends including cost estimating and analysis of impacts in support of the trend program

Skilled in oral and written communication with demonstrated ability to present information to management and to the client.
Must possess at least a bachelors' (BS/BA) degree from an accredited university and five (5) or more years of relevant professional experience, or in lieu of a degree, high school diploma or equivalent and nine (9) or more years of directly relevant professional experience.
US citizenship is required by contract requirement.
Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems.
Must be able to obtain site security badge for access to work site.
Demonstrated capability to interface with commercial and technical functions to effect baseline change management.
Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check including verification of employment, education, and travel.
Strong communication skills to influence, drive, and coach the team in effective change management at all stages of delivery.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel data analysis functions.
