Performing inspection, testing, troubleshooting / repairs on site including PV DC operations, AC HV/LV systems, Network communications and monitoring Inverter diagnostics and repairs.
Responsible for generating schedules and carrying out preventive maintenance activities as per schedules.
Responsible for generating Production/MIS reports, log reports etc.
Provide timely reports from field operations, status and constructive feedbacks as required.
Adhere to Quality, Health & Safety policies at site.
Responsible for Operation and Maintenance activities of Solar plant.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulation during all operation and maintenance.
Solar performance tracking and identification of generation gap and its mitigation.
Identify problems and develop corrective action plan as per OEM recommended procedures.
Interaction with various vendors, OEMs, stakeholders, etc.

Communication Skills : Good communication skills, write and speak clearly.
Min 6 years of Solar experience.
Strong knowledge of Inventory and its replenishments.
Strong understanding of solar energy principles, renewables energy technologies and relevant industry standards.
From Electrical background.
Analytical Skills : Posses good analytical skills to analyze the performance of solar plant viz – projected KPIs vs Actual KPIs.
Professional knowledge: Good technical & operational knowledge of Solar plant and the equipments installed in the solar plant.
