- Leadership & Growth: Proven ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and secure new project opportunities.
- Relationship Builder: Strong connections with Utah transportation entities such as UDOT, UTA, and local municipalities.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to work on active construction sites, which may include uneven terrain, exposure to varying weather conditions, and moderate to high noise levels.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Technical Expertise: Skilled in roadway design, surveying, environmental regulations, and construction oversight.
- Professional Engineer License: Currently licensed in Utah or have the ability to gain licensing in Utah through reciprocity within six months of start date.
- Experience: 10+ years in transportation engineering, managing mid-size projects ($5M–$20M).
